Teamcounseling
Isn’t it always about relationships? In a supervision session as a participant, this statement came up. Inwardly, I immediately agreed with it. But what makes relationships work? What influences them? It is the experienced reality that emerges through an inner alignment with the images we have of relationships. Images that have been and are created through our experiences become the central theme in Team Counseling. Images in which there is also a potential for conflict because relationships without conflicts do not exist. The goal is to name these and to reduce the potential.
Group Supervision
The great advantage of group supervision lies in the sharing and feedback with colleagues who are initially strangers. With mentalization and scene, body, mind, heart and relationship get moving.
Course
Mentalizing orientation means the conscious use of skills that we already have at our disposal at birth. Mentalizing is a function of the brain that our psyche uses to bond in, maintain and deepen relationships. The scene encompasses our full range of actions with body, mind, heart and bonding in relationships.
